Client : Computer Backup Manufacturer

Requirement : Set up a plant with the capacity of manufacturing 25000 UPS casings for for a large Computer Backup Manufacturer.

Background : The requirement was to set up such a plant that manufactured as many boxes on a monthly basis. This entire investment value as well the business value at that time was higher than our entire top line.

Challenge : Our client required us to complete the same in a matter of three months. This involved setting up of an additional location, ordering 9 presses, setting up of an automatic powder coating plant, setting up of a screen printing facility as well as mobilizing the required resources in terms of people.

Result : The plant today produces 28,000 of these boxes on a monthly basis for the last 1.5 years.
