Client : One of the largest manufacturers of ATMs and other POS equipment.

Requirement : Side Frame Assembly.

Background : Nash has been suppliers to one of the largest manufacturers of ATMs and other POS equipment in the world for the last two years. We were offered a project to supply a side frame assembly which required us to completely understand and execute a project for which we had little previous experience.

Deliverables : The assembly involved the purchase of new equipment, establishment of component suppliers both in India and over seas, establishment of assembly techniques and equipment as well as to get familiar with the tough and stringent quality requirements of the parts.

Challenge : The entire activity had to be completed in a matter of 75 days along with a plan to ramp up to full production within two weeks of start of production considering it was a high season for our customers.

Result : Needless to say the same was completed in the specified time and our customer recognized and appreciated our efforts.
