With over 80 machines ranging from 10 ton to 400 ton and a fully equipped tool room including a Wire EDM , Nash has one of the largest Press Shops in India.

The Nash group consists of 6 manufacturing facilities that are located in Bangalore. Nash has almost 100 presses, which range from a lower tonnage of 10 tons right up to a capacity of 400 tons. The mechanical and hydraulic facilities form the backbone of the manufacturing capability of Nash. In order to cater to the requirements of the fabrication industry Nash has recently expanded its manufacturing capability to CNC Turret Punching as well as CNC Bending and all the associated equipment that is required.

The facilities at our plants enable us to cater to automotive tier 1 companies who manufacture various systems such as the Steering Column, Fuel Pump, and Exhaust systems. We have an in house powder coating facility as well as screen printing stations as per the following table to complete the surface finishing operations.

We have the capability to projection weld, spot weld as well as CO2 weld for the purposes of assemblies. One critical addition to our facility is a Brazing Furnace, used to braze some critical products for the aerospace industry.

The facilities also include the deep draw presses specifically used for drawing applications.
